I originally setup Amazon seller back in April/May 2025 and submitted required documentation for verification (ID and Bank statement). Account was successfully approved and I sent my products to FBA warehouse.
Out of nowhere my account was deactivated, and informed me that I needed 2 additional information to have the account activated:
- Tax information.
- Required Documentations.
I was able to complete the tax information, but not the required documentation.
I used the same method as when I opened the account, sent in my ID and bank statement (same bank and same ID). However, its been approximately 3 weeks since my submission and until this day it shows "We cannot process your request. You are currently undergoing another verification. Please retry once the verification is completed".
I sent in help request but it just constantly provide me same answer to go submit document but I simply cannot do so as I already submitted and it has been in progress ever since.
Anyone facing the same issue? When I send in a support case it seems to just provide me with a generic answer over and over without any actual help. Please advise if anything could help.
