Account verification pending and cannot process

I originally setup Amazon seller back in April/May 2025 and submitted required documentation for verification (ID and Bank statement). Account was successfully approved and I sent my products to FBA warehouse.

Out of nowhere my account was deactivated, and informed me that I needed 2 additional information to have the account activated:

- Tax information.

- Required Documentations.

I was able to complete the tax information, but not the required documentation.

I used the same method as when I opened the account, sent in my ID and bank statement (same bank and same ID). However, its been approximately 3 weeks since my submission and until this day it shows "We cannot process your request. You are currently undergoing another verification. Please retry once the verification is completed".

I sent in help request but it just constantly provide me same answer to go submit document but I simply cannot do so as I already submitted and it has been in progress ever since.

Anyone facing the same issue? When I send in a support case it seems to just provide me with a generic answer over and over without any actual help. Please advise if anything could help.

Is it possible to receive an OTP via email instead of a phone call or SMS? Other platforms allow email security sign in. Can we do that in Seller Central?

Amazon is Pathetic

No matter how much you try on this marketplace they always do something to harm sellers. I was selling a product for over a year... now all of a sudden amazon puts " match external competitive price" and removes my featured offer. Amazon waited for me to send a bulk amount of inventory, then forces me to take loss by lowering my price after all the fees i have to pay? Yeah I am not lowering anything.

Why should I match my FBA price where i have to pay FBA fees all day and offer prime delivery, to an in store price? why should i be comparing my price to in store retailers who dont have to cover shipping/fba fees?

Amazon only decides to work when its time to harm sellers. But when i contact them to update old images and outdated info on listings, they disappear and hide like clowns.

This has happened to 3 of my ASINS so far over which had fair prices already and potential to meet customers needs on Amazon.

Hi,

1. One box of 30 units CASE: 18221896021 AND 18221908101

2. Two boxes of 6 units: 18221532371

I am facing this issue again for other brands. CASE ID: 18195707041 was solved by the help of @manny_amazon

I recently ordered 30 units - 1 boxes of 30 units - clearly stated on my invoice from a reputable supplier and requested brand access for listing. Amazon keeps denying it.

For a different brand, same invoice, I ordered 2 boxes of 6, making it 12 units of the brand. But amazon keeps denying it and provides generic answers.

Hi everyone,

My Amazon seller account has been placed under temporary review, and Amazon is holding my funds until they complete their investigation. They are reviewing my recent seller-fulfilled orders.

I have fulfilled all orders on time, updated tracking numbers promptly, and even attached valid proof from courier websites showing the packages are either delivered or in transit. Despite this, my account is still on hold.

I appreciate any help or suggestions from the community or Amazon staff here. Thanks in advance!

Need help on fraudulent return and refund

Order 701-0007318-5746621

Customer bought an expensive helmet headset and returned a USED unit in the new box. Unit's, per AMAZON POLICY, have serial numbers and the unit in the box did NOT match the outer box we sent. Pictures taken and sent to customer and refund was denied.

Being a professional fraudster he immediately filed an A-Z Case and was refunded even after I noted to them what happened.

I appealed and was denied.

Please have a human being review this and refund our money, thank you!

Switcharoo problem

Buyer made return request for not wanting item. Item we received back was a used product that we don't sell. We filed a safe-t claim and the refund was reversed. Now customer messages us wanting to know why he was recharged since he "returned the item".

How do we respond to customer? Do we respond to the customer?
