Hello,
I am requesting a manual review of our Brand Approval application.
We have submitted the required documents multiple times, but the application continues to be declined for the same reason: “altered document.” We want to clearly state that we have not altered or modified any document. The documents submitted are legitimate and were provided as received.
To support this application, we even placed another purchase order for this brand so we could provide the required documentation for approval. Despite this, the application is still being rejected with the same generic reason and no specific explanation.
This has been extremely frustrating because there does not appear to be live support or a real person reviewing the case. We need someone to manually review the documents and provide a clear explanation of what is being flagged, so we can resolve the issue properly.
Please escalate this case to the appropriate team for manual review. Case ID - 19905328911 @Seller_t9kvdr2yixQej@Seller_8hQgfj6OVZYse@Seller_zukQNO61PzGck @Seller_hzIJKXzwjDVso
Hi everyone,
Has anyone else noticed a change in their search position on Amazon Canada recently?
I’m seeing some products move up or down in search results without any major changes to listing content, pricing, or performance. It feels like something may have shifted in the algorithm, but I’m not sure whether this is isolated or more widespread.
Are others noticing:
ranking drops or jumps
changes in keyword performance
different products showing up higher than usual
Curious to hear whether this is happening across multiple categories or if anyone has identified a specific cause.
Thanks.
Hi,
We have never had this issue in the past four years. It seems as of September the application submission has changed and invoices are not being approved no matter what.
Some of the reasoning provided by the support are:
"the documents are altered or inauthentic"
"the provided document cannot be accepted as it is not legible"
"alterations identified in our verification process"
"The provided document cannot be accepted. We do not accept online order confirmations, packing slips, sales orders, pro forma invoices, or sales quotes." (invoice was submitted)
"We are taking this action because your application documentation does not meet our verification standards for demonstrating valid supply chain relationships." (Invoice that was submitted was from the only authorized importer/distributor of the product, I was referred to this distributor by the brand themselves via email)
There are five separate brands for which applications have been submitted, and each application is a variation of the above.
There are several Case ID's I can provide here, 18601252601, 18600793581, 18601363461, 18607120911 + 18587753441, 18506269181.
Can a forum adviser please assist, as we have the product but are unable to do anything with it. This is the first time anything like this has happened.
Thanks.

Hello
Some sellers define coupons such as "buy 3, get 1 free" or "buy 2, 50% off" on their products and limit the purchase limit to 1 piece. In this way, the system gives these sellers the buy box.
While it is misleading information for the customer, they are also exploiting Amazon's security vulnerability!
This needs to be prevented! There must be a difference between these people and those who try to do their job properly!
The seller clearly violates Amazon's Seller Code of Conduct in multiple ways:
-Failure to act to ensure a trustworthy experience for Amazon customers
-Behaving in a misleading, inappropriate or offensive manner
When the sellers' id are examined, it appears that they are deceptively trying to get the buy box for all products.
This was all I could detect, but in the face of Amazon's silence, the wave of 'If someone else can do it, I can do it too' started! This number is constantly increasing!
