Hi Amazon Support Team,

We are writing to request a review of my account for the purpose of reinstating Buy Box eligibility for our store.

We believe that the following reasons prove why our reinstatement is not only fair but justified too;

Before the Canada Post postal strike, our account was consistently performing below 1% in terms our our ODR Score. After the much appreciated help from you and your team, it is back to below 1%, hovering around 0.5%.

Our account health rating has been at 1000 for many months, if not over a year now, and is something to show for our dedication to working within the parameters of Amazon guidelines.

Over the past year, we have strived to not only improve our business practices, but our customer service too. Something that is evident in everything that we have achieved over the past year.

We would greatly appreciate the reinstatement of Buy Box eligibility and hope that by open communication, we can achieve this.

Starting Last Nov,21 to Now, I found that Amazon created the deal from Nov 21 to Dec 31st. Then, took 2 two-week break and Set up the deal again from Jan 16th until Now. First question How can they set up a whole month's Lighting deal? As a seller, we can only set up 1 week deal (which is longest one). amazon please give another store some chance so we can play the same rules not you play with better way lol

Dietary Supplement subcategory Ungating issue

Hello

I have applied multiple times to get approval for subcategory Dietary supplement. My application keeps declining without explanation. It is saying that Invoice has to be without modification but I am not modifying any of them. I provided online copy of the invoice, scanned copy of invoice, I even submitted another invoice for different dietary supplement product. Still same answer. Can some one help me with it. I have been waiting almost 20 days now to get approval for this. I got approved for the brand with same invoice but somehow it keeps rejecting me for the subcategory. Please help.

Amazon is now so disappointing

I found Amazon business so disappointing now. I have switched to individual and I guess I will have to close the account. Too high costs, lost items, small reimbursement, No ad no sell, many many reasons. Now, I wish I have never started.

Is this just my experience?
