Hi Sellers,

What do you feel about sellers advertising stuff that doesn't work for customers just to win the buybox. I have several products that I am selling and always try to maintain the best price on them and then there are sellers who have false promotions like 50% off any 2 , or something similar and they have a buying quantity limit of 1. So the customer can't even use the promo. All that just to win the buy box, I have never done it but it really is something so shady to do and really drags the customer experience down for no reason.

Just wanted to get an opinion from other sellers that face these situation? And what's the best option to do when faced with sellers like these?

How does Vine increase your sales?

We have product that has plenty of reviews, but Amazon recommends Vine reviews. Unless you have only a handful of reviews, I can't see how Amazon's recommendations to do Vine can increase your sales. One or even ten Vine reviews can't help you if this is just a matter of submitting your products blindly to randomly use the product. Also, maybe it's just me but if I see a Vine review, I get the feeling the product isn't selling well and the sellers are buying reviews through free products. Am I wrong? Is there some other benefit other than a possible positive review? From what I read, I really don't see one.

The same ASIN, two MSKUs, one of which has registered the ordering province (not shipped later, not on sale), resulting in the inability to transfer the ordering province, and the other MSKU also cannot register the ordering province How to solve it?

At present, we are trying to remove the ordering province of the old MSKU, but there is no response from the backend.

Submit to customer service to transfer to the new MSKU, and receive a prompt that the old MSKU has not registered for the province of subscription.

1) When vendors send items to FBA there needs to be a way to track your product using imei and serial nos

2) Vendors should be protected from illegal and illogical negative feedbacks and A to Z Claims

3) Before flagging any listings on amazon as a policy restrictions amazon needs to verify the validity of restrictions raised.

Do not display price error before the start of the flash sale, but report error after the start.

Error reported, the front desk continues to display flash sale prices without a flash sale logo.

May I ask Amazon, if my product is ordered at a price without displaying the flash sale logo, will my subsequent flash sale prices continue to decrease?

I've been digging into my Business Reports, specifically the 'Detail Page Sales and Traffic' data (Sessions and Page Views) for some of our ASINs, and I've been observing some quite drastic fluctuations that I'm trying to understand better.

We're noticing days where specific ASINs record literally zero Sessions or Page Views, which seems unusual for active listings. This is often contrasted with other days showing sudden, sharp increases in traffic. This kind of volatility makes it challenging to accurately assess listing performance, understand customer behavior, or identify reliable trends.

My main questions for the community are:

Is this level of extreme fluctuation 'normal'? Do other sellers commonly experience days with zero recorded traffic followed by significant spikes for established, in-stock listings? Or could these dramatic swings potentially signal underlying issues we should be concerned about?

What are the likely causes? We're trying to pinpoint the reason. Could this be related to:

Temporary listing suppression or indexing issues?

Losing and regaining the Buy Box frequently?

Advertising campaigns starting/stopping, running out of budget, or significant performance shifts?

Known delays or glitches in how Business Reports data is populated?

External factors or perhaps even less obvious Amazon internal processes/policies?

How do you typically diagnose the root cause when you encounter such unexplained traffic patterns in your own reports? What steps do you take?

Beyond just understanding the 'why' behind the volatility, I'm also keen to learn what strategies sellers find most effective for achieving not just high, but also more stable and predictable traffic to their listings.

What are your most reliable methods for driving consistent daily traffic (e.g., specific PPC strategies, listing SEO best practices, external traffic initiatives)?

In your experience, how critical is maintaining consistent Buy Box ownership for achieving stable traffic figures?

Are there specific red flags or areas to check immediately (in Account Health, Listing Quality dashboards, etc.) when traffic unexpectedly plummets to zero?

I am a new seller, and from my understanding if I sold Amazon FBA then I would be in a fair rotation with other sellers that sell FBA as well.

I listed my product, and am sharing my listing with three other sellers. However, it has been days and I only got one sale. Is this because the other seller is getting majority of the sales? I did check and my price is comparable and the listing said its estimate is around 1K sales a month. So to my calculations I should have gotten at least 10 or 20 sales by now. Can someone help with this please?
