Is Amazon going to fix our stranded inventory before prime day due to the nonexistent consumer containers testing where products are misclassified and the tests that do not exist at any laboratory in Canada, nor are required for legal sale in Canada?

Or are Amazon's customers going to continue to have a poor buying experience and going to have to buy these products from somewhere else other than the Amazon Marketplace?

For FBA orders, where Amazon FBA made a mistake, Amazon should be accountable and responsible. I got two negative reviews for my product, which was due to Amazon FBA's negligence. And Amazon is not taking any action to remove these reviews. As an FBA seller, we don't have control over the items shipped from the FCs.

Scenario 1: Amazon sent the wrong product to the customer, and the customer left a negative review for it

Scenario 2: Amazon sent an already returned product to a customer, which was already reported as damaged before by a different customer.
