Need help on fraudulent return and refund
Order 701-0007318-5746621
Customer bought an expensive helmet headset and returned a USED unit in the new box. Unit's, per AMAZON POLICY, have serial numbers and the unit in the box did NOT match the outer box we sent. Pictures taken and sent to customer and refund was denied.
Being a professional fraudster he immediately filed an A-Z Case and was refunded even after I noted to them what happened.
I appealed and was denied.
Please have a human being review this and refund our money, thank you!

Before I reach out to our internal team on this matter. How did you handle the return ? Did you apply a restocking fee to the order ? Just looking to understand what your process looks like.
