Curious about getting your Brand Registered in Canada? 🍁
The most important you need, is a trademark (TM) from CIPO in order to enroll in Brand Registry, here is the Step-by-step process to file a new or amended trademark or certification mark application.
We HIGHLY recommend:
- Reach out to Intellectual Property Accelerator (IPA) program to get TM support for your brand in Canada. We highly recommend to work with this program as it has a higher success rate of registration than self-serve.
- Self-serve by applying in CIPO.
- If you want an attorney to help you with this, you can reach out to any of our Amazon Partner Network and fill out the information for Where are you located, Where do you want to sell and the type of service select “IP Accelerator”
Note: There are many services that offer to do your TM for you at a very cheap price, be aware that many times they don’t know what they are doing and can ruin your TM application for you. Please make sure you use one of the services through the Amazon Partner Network
Got questions? Our experts are ready to help! ✨ Don't keep those doubts to yourself – reach out now and get crystal-clear answers from our specialized team. We're just one message away! 🚀

can I register a store front name as a brand, and then sell national brands as if the brandname is the Style? For example, the product titles would be “TrueBlue Lacoste XL Jeans”. Or “Techtonic Michelin 225/40r17 car tires”, Where Tectonic is the store name and Michelin is the brand. The product itself and the labels would not have TrueBlue or Techtonic on the product itself.
