I reported ASIN B0F59666V7 to Amazon for blatant listing abuse. The seller is using a product page with over 3000+ reviews originally intended for a completely different item. On top of that, they’re misleading customers by referencing trusted brands like DeWalt and Hefty in the listing content — even though his products has nothing to do with them.

I created a complain ID: 17677665601

This is a clear violation of Amazon’s detail page manipulation and trademark misuse policies.

Amazon responded saying they took appropriate action, but the listing is still up and nothing has been fixed — the reviews are still there, the false branding is still present, and the seller is still benefiting unfairly.

This kind of abuse misleads customers and damages the integrity of the platform. I want this resolved. Amazon needs to take this seriously and actually enforce their own policies.

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out to ask if anyone has experienced a similar issue with disbursements after a suspended account was reactivated.

Here's my situation:

  • My selling account was suspended months ago and during that period, my account balance gradually decreased (likely due to fees and refunds), even though there were no new sales.
  • The balance dropped over time but eventually stabilized at a significant amount.
  • In the transaction view, that balance started showing both as a credit and a debit — essentially cancelling itself out — resulting in a zero available balance.
  • Recently, my account was reactivated, but the funds have still not been disbursed.
  • After several cases, support told me that my funds are “under review” and asked me to wait 5–10 business days for the review process to complete.
  • However, they also mentioned that the outcome of the review will determine whether the funds will be disbursed or not — no confirmation that it will definitely happen.

So now I’m left in limbo: funds stuck, no clear answer, and unsure what to expect at the end of the 10 business days.

Has anyone experienced something like this and eventually received their money?

Any suggestions on what else I can do or how to escalate this properly?

Really appreciate any input or shared experience. Thank you!

Honestly - it gets worse and worse every day

how many times is amazon going to claim we sent them boxes of air?

Is there any accountability at the warehouse, or can the workers just go steal items from the shipments as much as they please?

The best part is- they claim that their boxes of air are shipment discrepancies and count it against our shipping performance

What are you guys doing to prevent warehouse theft?

I use FBA, amazon partnered carrier. dont know what else to do

Hi everyone,

I recently received a compliance notification from Amazon Canada under the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations (CCCR) for my Hydrogen Peroxide 3% listing.

Has anyone else dealt with this kind of compliance issue before? I’m finding it difficult to locate any labs or testing companies that offer product testing specific to this type of product.

Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Business Information Identity Verification
by Seller_25Vz90plQlQrf

Hi,

I am a new seller and signed up with a Professional selling account. I have entered every piece of information on the Business Information page and have confirmed that everything is correct. But on the page, I see this message:

Please wait while we review your request.

We are reviewing your account to confirm if there are any additional verification requirements. The page will automatically refresh in 30 secs.

The page refreshes every 30 seconds in an endless loop. It has been like this for the past 2 days and I don’t know what else to do.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Brand: UZUJBAA

Hello, my brand has been rejected during the filing process and I was told that it could not be successfully filed, but my data and information are all correct. I don’t know where the problem is. Please help solve this problem and submit it to the internal team for manual review. I have been filing for a month and it has been rejected. I am very anxious. Why is a brand new brand always rejected? What is going on!

Hello Amazon Sellers & Support Team,

I am writing out of growing frustration and in hopes of finally getting help from someone who understands the real issue.

I am a sole proprietor based in Alberta, Canada, trying to verify my seller account. However, Amazon’s system continues to require a Company Registration Extract, which does not exist for sole proprietors in Canada. This is a document issued only to corporations — not to individual business owners.

I’ve contacted Seller Support multiple times, explained my situation, and provided official ID and a bank statement. Support agents even confirmed that sole proprietors can verify using:

Fictitious Business Name Certificate (if applicable)

Doing Business document

Income tax filing

Utility bill / bank or credit card statement (dated within 180 days)

→ Reference – https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G6BPHKRRX6HGLSQ7

Despite this, I’m still stuck in the same loop. The verification form won’t let me proceed unless I upload a Company Registration Extract, which is legally impossible for my business type.

To make things worse:

I am still being charged for the Professional Plan each month.

I cannot access any selling features.

Support keeps sending copy-paste responses, ignoring the actual issue.

All I want is to follow Amazon’s rules and start selling. But right now, the system is blocking me for something I cannot legally provide.

I’m asking Amazon staff here directly:

Can someone please escalate this or help fix my account verification path so that I can proceed as a sole proprietor?

I’m happy to provide any valid Canadian document applicable to sole proprietors, but I should not be penalized for not having something that doesn’t exist.

Thank you in advance for any advice or escalation help.

I am an FBA seller on Amazon. A customer has left a negative review with a one-star rating for one of my products, as the customer received a product that another customer had already returned. These products are shipped through the Amazon FBA program, and due to negligence from the FBA warehouse side, they shipped a product that was returned before. From the image attached by the customer who left the review, it is very clear that the product the customer received was a previously returned product, as there is a sticker that says it was returned. The customer also claimed that it was a returned product. I want to get the review and rating deleted.

I am reporting a widespread issue that is affecting my Canada and USA Inventory.

I have been featured offer-eligible for many years and still am. The issue now is that random Merchant Fulfilled sellers, some even priced higher than my FBA offers, are taking priority of the buy box (featured offer). This is happening on a LOT of listings.

My items are mainly used books, CDs, DVDs and Video Games. I haven't seen this before. Something is glitchy.

For example, there is an item ASIN 1943735190 that says "Ships from Germany and sold by momox_Shop." Now tell me, who is going to choose this seller? If I'm a buyer in Canada why would I choose this option? Wouldn't we think my competitive offer that is PRIME eligible and IN Canada take precedence?

Something is wrong.

Here are some more ASIN examples from Canada:

0765331640, 0375858997, 0692189823, 1771681748

All of the ASIN's I provided are featuring used sellers outside of Canada. Merchant fulfilled sellers from the United Kingdom, USA and Germany. Why wouldn't a Prime Seller FROM Canada take precedence?

I have opened a case already: 17361918711

Please advise.
