Business Information Identity Verification
Hi,
I am a new seller and signed up with a Professional selling account. I have entered every piece of information on the Business Information page and have confirmed that everything is correct. But on the page, I see this message:
Please wait while we review your request.
We are reviewing your account to confirm if there are any additional verification requirements. The page will automatically refresh in 30 secs.
The page refreshes every 30 seconds in an endless loop. It has been like this for the past 2 days and I don’t know what else to do.
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

We have the same issue. It's been like that for a week now. And we've already gotten an email to provide more information, but it doesn't let us provide it because the page is stuck.

We thought it was only happening to us, as we are also facing the same issue. The warning message still appears on our seller account even after uploading the required documents.

It looks like other sellers are experiencing the same issue and not just me. This is preventing me and most likely other sellers from selling on Amazon. I have hit a roadblock and I cannot sell on Amazon because of this issue.
