Negative Product Review due to Amazon's FBA Negligence

I am an FBA seller on Amazon. A customer has left a negative review with a one-star rating for one of my products, as the customer received a product that another customer had already returned. These products are shipped through the Amazon FBA program, and due to negligence from the FBA warehouse side, they shipped a product that was returned before. From the image attached by the customer who left the review, it is very clear that the product the customer received was a previously returned product, as there is a sticker that says it was returned. The customer also claimed that it was a returned product. I want to get the review and rating deleted.

These products are shipped through the Amazon FBA program, and due to negligence from the FBA warehouse side, they shipped a product that was returned before. From the image attached by the customer, it is very clear that the product the customer received was a returned product, as there is a sticker that says it was a returned product (LPNNA5TYVV5FF). I want to get the review and rating deleted.

Order ID: 702-9971318-9764210 - The customer who placed this order returned the product, saying there was a break in the box. Some genius from the warehouse added that unit back to inventory, claiming it as "Sellable."

Another customer ordered this product (Order ID: 702-3585365-2823466), and this customer received the product returned from the previous customer mentioned above, which was reported as damaged already. So, this customer leaves a negative review.
