Refund reasons on FBA
Hi All
I am newly active on Amazon and all shipments are through FBA. I have seen two sales refunded so far and are a bit confused as to why the refunds are happening. The descriptions in the mails are a little confusing and dont really describe what the reason is:
- GENERAL ADJUSTMENT
- ORDER NOT RECEIVED
#1 is open to the imagination. #2 seems like a non-delivery or a return? In each case I am charged more than the credit on the initial transaction.
If anybody has knowledge of how this works can you please respond. I would have thought that FBA take care of lost shipments and damages on their account?
Thanks
Roger

They do, the items get 45 - 60 days to return to the fulfillment center and get rechecked in and available for sale. Otherwise a reimbursement is issued after.
