Ending Balance Paid but still showing negative
Just starting up selling 3 months ago and each pay period I had a negative balance. They charged my credit card for the balance at each pay period but it continues to carryover into the next cycle. Example: I was 42.99 negative last pay period. Charged my credit card $42.99 this should leave my account at $0 owed, not showing anything in reserve. However, it continues to show that and keeps deducting that amount from sales even though it was settled. Like I’m. being double charged. I’m well over several hundred dollars for being double charged, once on my credit card for negative and once in my account balance. It will show $0 balance for maybe one day and then goes right back up. Today I was negative $57 and showing previous carryover was $42.99, which I paid. I opened up a case but now it says transferred and the associate on the phone last week said I was right. However I have heard nothing back from amazon about this issue and it is saying case log answered but also transferred. Anyone else experience the same issue? When I add up total spent, total orders, and total paid, they are not adding up. Any insight to this would be much appreciated.

Are you doing FBA? Have you had any sales at all or just being charged for storage as well as the monthly fee?
Depending on the answers to sales volume I would drop down to individual account and save the $40/month in fees.
Seller_gz8WocYlwVFnV
Yes, I have sales. I’m doing FBA. Total sales is about 1,000. I have added up all Amazon expenses and deducted that amount from sales. They keep charging my credit card but also carrying the balance over on my account. Since payout was yesterday. It is showing $0 for now but as soon as a sale comes through, the minus amount jumps back up and calculates the carryover even though it was paid and settled from my credit card.

I would drop down to individual to avoid the $40/month.
Beyond that you need someone from Amazon to look into this.
For future reference, when you come to the Forum looking for help PLEASE include any Case Numbers since the MODS that I am going to tag are going to ask for those and NOT having them here just delays things more for you (and them).
They are swamped with all the INFORM 'stuff' so it's slower than normal.
Which raises the question -- have you completed all that INFORM junk? If NOT that is going to be the problem (and even if you have delays are a couple weeks these days).
Hey guys -- any help for the OP that you can find? Sounds like they at least have a valid credit card which is 'unusual' a lot of times!

Thanks for all the information and recommendations. Not sure what the INFORM stuff is. I will need to look into this and into "individual" since I haven't heard about this option.
Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp
INFORM is all the stuff asking you to verify ALL your account information.
You would have gotten a 'postcard that isn't really a postcard from Amazon to prove to them your location is correct along with about 100 additional questions. Slight exaggeration but not much on that part.

Oh yes, I did all that when I first set up my account a few months ago. I also double checked and it says I’m good. Thanks for your help so far!

I am absolutely livid right now! As you can see in my previous posts I was at a $0 this morning. Like I called it! I got 3 orders totaling $26.00 today and now I'm at -$156.00!! Says advertising cost! $15.00 in advertising cost today!!! How can this be? Also, showing the -$57.00 carrying over! Aghh!! I sent in an immediate call and support was rude and said they couldn't help me but only provide me with an email address since that department is email only. I am beside myself! I don't even know what to do! Guess I will have to pull my inventory and close my account. Any suggestions?

Wait for the MODS to get back to you.
EVERYTHING is backed up. If you are doing any advertising STOP IT.
