Marked as defective products upon send to the warehouse-CA
All my inventory is marked as defective. My new inventory arrived at FBA canada 2 weeks ago and now Amazon marks everything as defective. This is a total NONSENSE and I didn't even receive a notification.
Amazon Seller Support Team tell us that they found that our inventory was marked unsalable due to an Upstream Product Safety Control (UPSC) compliance review. However, they can confirm that our product compliance has been approved in the system. So they ask us to send the required documents to child-safety team for requesting to move units to sellable.
Howerver, the UPSC did not give us reply until now.
This inventory defect is not caused by our sellers. We are innocent, but we have to bear the huge impact from this system bug, which is very unfair to us. Your team should handle it urgently. Moreover, this product is a summer product. Once it's out of season, it can no longer be sold. At that time, it will lead to a large amount of inventory overstock.
If possible, assign a dedicated contact person to assist us throughout this process. Help us to make the stock sellable. Thanks.
