Inventory Marked as Defective when received
All my inventory is marked as defective. My new inventory arrived at FBA canada a week ago and now Amazon marks everything as defective. This is a total NONSENSE and I didn't even receive a notification.
In accordance with Amazon's instructions, we have already submitted the CPC Certification as required. However, in multiple communications, Amazon has repeatedly replied with "We will respond to your application as soon as it is reviewed. " without specifying what additional documents or information are needed. After submitting the requested materials, we continue to receive the same response, which has placed us in a repetitive and unresolved cycle.
To resolve this issue more effectively, we kindly request the following:
Clearly specify the exact documents or information that need to be provided.
Provide more detailed guidelines or standards for the review process so we can accurately meet the requirements.
If possible, assign a dedicated contact person to assist us throughout this process.
