This has been posted about before but it was never answered. I have contacted seller support and they are not able to answer.
I registered by business with the CRA as a Sole Proprietorship. Amazon is asking me for a "Registration Extract" to confirm my business identity. I have submitted whatever documents the CRA had available, and it was denied.
Does anyone know what this is? Could it be they require a business license from my province?

I asked CRA and they told me to us a the "Filing and Balance Confirmation" form which you can generate on their website but I submitted it and amazon rejected it as an invalid document type.

Even if you give them all that, they will deny because the "attestation" form they require is never accepted for a small business. Does not matter if you use the example they listi the help section.

However, I can say, the registration extract will be a summary of details available regarding your company, which you should be able to request online through the website of your national or local company
Once you have this information, you will want to navigate towards the account health page and select the section regarding the verification. You will want to submit the documents and allow our team a chance to review and determine whether the details are verifiable. If everything is able to be verified, they will proceed in removing the banners and resolving the account concerns.
