When LPN barcode start to indicating that unit is "Renewed", "Refurbished", "Remanufactured" and other applicable derivative in addition to the Serial Number and IMEI.
So I sell iPhone via FBA, created a removal order to remove unfulfillable units and received a phone case, Amazon said no we won`t reimburse you because we need labels that can indicate that unit is "Renewed", "Refurbished", "Remanufactured" and other applicable derivative in addition to the Serial Number and IMEI.
Wow, Amazon once again has hit new low level! Well done! Bravo!!

Hello @Seller_1JdOknB4bfKJl, I can take a look at your case if you would like!
From the FBA inventory reimbursement policy: Removals claims, when filing a claim for Different Product in a Removal Order, you must provide the following information and documents:
- The removal order ID.
- FNSKU of the affected unit.
- Shipment ID of the affected unit.
- Quantity of the affected unit.
- Clear image of the unit received.
- Clear images of the X00 label, LPN number.
- In cases where X00 label or LPN number is not visible, (switcheroo) seller should provide 6 sided images of the actual product or package.
- Images of the tracking labels or packing slips from the packages that contained the wrong units.
- Images from ONE of the three following switcheroo use cases that the seller is contacting us about:
a) If the returned item's material differs from the catalog, ensure that the seller has provided images of the unit that has been received outside of the box or packaging.
b) If the returned item's Serial Number differs from the catalog, ensure that seller has provided images of the serial number present on the item and the images the serial number present on the box.
c) If the returned item's model number differs from the catalog, ensure the seller provides images clearly showing the model number on the unit of comparison.

I provided what you said, but the guy replied to me said LPN barcode stated "unit is "Renewed", "Refurbished", "Remanufactured" and other applicable derivative in addition to the Serial Number and IMEI." and therefore my reimbursement request has been rejected.
What excuse do you have? Since when LPN barcode start to indicating that unit is "Renewed", "Refurbished", "Remanufactured" and other applicable derivative in addition to the Serial Number and IMEI.?
Care to explain it?

Hey @Seller_1JdOknB4bfKJl, I think I would like to gather some more context. Can I have the case ID you opened? Thank you in advance.
Seller_1JdOknB4bfKJl
Yes 16961402521.
"The rejection was based on our policy that requires specific labeling on product packaging for renewed, refurbished, or re-manufactured items. This labeling should clearly indicate the product's status (e.g., "Renewed," "Refurbished," or "Remanufactured") and include both the Serial Number and IMEI."

Hi @Seller_1JdOknB4bfKJl, I have escalated your case on your behalf. I'll let you know when I hear from the partner team.
For what it's worth, I don't think it's the LPN, but the product packaging. Amazon Renewed quality states:
- If original packaging is used, the serial numbers on the box and the product must match. In addition, labeling must be applied on at least two sides of the package, explicitly identifying the product as "Renewed", "Refurbished", "Remanufactured," or another applicable derivative.
- All devices must undergo International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) checks to ensure that they are not block-listed or stolen. Sellers must maintain IMEI check records and traceability to mobile wireless phone test records, as an output from the use of diagnostic test software, for at least 360 days to support periodic inventory and order-level audits.
From the FBA inventory reimbursement policy, the item must not have been returned to you because you violated a program policy or other terms and conditions that apply to your use of any Amazon selling service. Do you know why these units were unfulfillable? I'm just trying to see if this explains the response you received on your claim. Rest assured, the partner team will clear this up for us after they review the escalation, because I see where you are coming from.

Thank you.
But it`s worth pointing out that the team asked for the LPN image so I provided, I don`t think what they said :This labeling should clearly indicate the product's status (e.g., "Renewed," "Refurbished," or "Remanufactured") and include both the Serial Number and IMEI." has anything to do with my case.
