@Christine_Amazon There is no Canada Post strike ongoing in 2025. We have successfully shipped over 1k packages via Canada Post the last 3 months. Canada Post has been picking up packages since Mid December, 2024.
The strike was over 3 months ago....Does Amazon not know this? Or are they just getting around to escalating the complaints from November?
Amazon already had a town hall meeting 1.5 weeks after the strike ended in December 2024 to "deal with the ongoing strike".
Amazon needs to restore VTR for Canada Post Shipments. We have 268 shipments missing from our VTR rate last month, and all Canada Post. After opening up a seller support case, they say VTR is working as intended, and don't seem to understand the issue. See Case ID 17411265551
VTR has been broken since April 2024 with the Purolator Tracking glitch, and since November 2024 for Canada Post. Both Carriers are Amazon integrated tracking courier and is not being tracked for VTR. This needs to get fixed IMMEDIATELY as many sellers are at risk for suspension because VTR is not tracking all the shipments.
VTR tracked 14 orders of ours last month, but we shipped 270 seller fulfilled orders for the same date range that VTR tracked. What happened to the other 256 orders? Why are they not being tracked for VTR?

hello. i am have several negative feedback from canada post strike period which is not removed, even though i am ask before. PLEASE NOTE: canada post was not delivering on time after coming back from strike until one week into january 2025......... so we is get many complaints for orders we is mail dec 15 - jan 7
