Replacement Orders

Amazon, if you are going to continue to allow replacement orders to be placed and secured on your site, prior to the customer returning orders(first scan), WE ARE GOING TO CANCEL ALL ORDERS with this condition. The only individual that this is going to affect, IS YOUR CUSTOMER. "WE WILL" put all the blame on Amazon when the customer reaches out to us.

Sorry, but it won't hurt the customer, it will only affect your account metrics and get you shut down.

Hello @Seller_xRahkQoV5Zz2F

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.

For context, eligible Seller Fulfilled Prime and seller-fulfilled network buyers now have the option to select a replacement for returns that are eligible under the Prepaid return label program should the original item arrive damaged, defective, or materially different. This option will only be offered if the inventory of the original item (in the same quantity and condition) is available in-stock in your Seller Central account at the time of the return request.

To protect you from bad returns, you’ll be able to file for reimbursements via the SAFE-T Claim process in cases where the condition of the original product is used or damaged by the buyer, or materially different from what was sent to the buyer. Additionally, if the buyer fails to return the original item within 30 days of the replacement order being shipped, you may be eligible for an automatic reimbursement. This help page provides additional detail on SAFE-T Claims for your reference if needed.

agreed. If the first one didn't work, the second isn't either... There are a few exceptions and sometimes there are faulty products but useally it's the end user or someone running a scam..

Amazon has absolutely gone to AHEM!. It's like a minimum wage job, I wanna get far away from Amazon as I can in the future. What cracks me up is all the return fraud and Amazon Auto issuing refunds, you arm wrestle them for a safe t claim but in the end it's still not the same as issuing a 0 refund because they still end up taking their fees from the safe t claim. So even if you win the safe t claim you're out less because Amazon keeps their fees. The customer doesn't care because they get refunded so they continue their behavior and Amazon doesn't care because they are making money being the enforcer. It's it's just a different type of mobster. I wanna see the DOJ start looking into this!!

We will never supply a replacement order as the item we shipped to the customer there was absolutely nothing wrong. All issues are 99.9% issues caused by customer and encouraged by Amazon. Safe-T claims many times are inaccurate and they deny your claim wrongfully outright.

Going down this road right now.

Customer has *not* returned the alleged defective item.

Cannot claim Safe-T-Claim on the first order, as we were not debited by Amazon.

Cannot claim on the replacement order, as Amazon states

"the original is in transit" and to contact the carrier; even though there is no pickup scans by UPS. (All shipping was bought thru Amazon)

I closed the return as not received and going to give it a couple of days and try again.

This is 100% wrong. You can NOT file a Safe-T claim for orders where you were not debited by Amazon. I have been burned by this several times now.

Getting sick of laying down and letting Amazon buyers @#$% on me.
