How is this our fault to lose a a-z on this? I didn't have them held, the customer did. I also communicated that clearly with the customer

Once they win the claim, they will go pick them up at the post office-can you contact the post office and report them for fraud and ask for them to be returned to you?

as soon as you get one of these, waste the 16 bucks or whatever and put in an intercept and return to sender request

Hi @Seller_31rln9XBTnAVX
Connor from Amazon here, I completely understand your frustration about receiving A-to-z claims for orders that are being held at the post office at the buyer's own request.
I'd strongly recommend opening a case with Seller Support right away for both orders. This will allow you to document that these packages were delivered to USPS and are being held specifically at the customer's request.
Please share the case ID(s) here with me once you have them so that I can take a closer look into this on my end and escalate if needed.
Thank you,
Connor

Why do you only have 1 tracking number for two different orders? Did you combine shipping on your own or were the two items purchased under the same order?
If both items were under the same order, and you bought claims-protected shipping through Amazon, you should be protected.
If you combined two different orders into one shipment on your own, you may be screwed, at least on one of the two items.
(I do wish Amazon would give us the option to combine separate orders for the same address with INR protections for all items in the shipment, but they don't).
