Hello, my account was put under review on June 11, 2024.

Among the documents requested from me:

Proof that I have delivered or shipped products to customers.

- Order date

- Order number

- Cargo company

- Shipping tracking number

- Cargo tracking link

- Product packaging image

I collected the information in one document.

Supporting evidence such as a link if I have had a store before or a bank account statement

- Bank account statement used for the payment method

- My credit card statement that I use for the charge method

- My ID photo is front and back

- Residence certificate I received from official sources

I also sent the supplier invoices of the products received within the last 365 days.

However, they rejected it again and no specific information was given as to why.

I really don't know what to do in this situation

Amazon can place your selling account under review to monitor your selling activity and validate delivery on recent seller-fulfilled orders. During this time, which should not exceed 30 days, we can limit your selling privileges as a preventative measure against further possible impact to Amazon customers.
