My Package Shows Delivered to Amazon Now Show Closed 0 Units Received

I contacted Amazon a few times on this issue, but the date for me to make a claim kept being pushed until they simply closed the shipment and marked it as 0 units received. I opened an investigation, and after the investigation simply told the same. So this means although my package shows delivered is my loss?
