My Amazon account deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement

Dear Seller,

Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed and pending orders have been canceled. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account and you won’t be able to create removal orders, while we work with you to address this issue. Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement can be found at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/1791.

Why is this happening?

We have taken this measure because information available to us indicates that this account has misused Amazon’s services in violation of our Seller Code of Conduct (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G1801)

Examples of violations of the Seller Code of Conduct include, but are not limited to, attempting to manipulate sales rank, artificially inflating web traffic, or allowing other parties to act on your behalf in a way that violates Amazon’s policies.

How do I address the issue?

You need to complete virtual identity and supply chain verification over a video interview.

I understand you have questions regarding your selling account and how to address the action previously taken.

In terms of the supply chain verification, please make sure you provide invoices and any other relevant documentation to verify from where you sourced your products and, if need be, from where your supplier acquired these goods. I urge you to make sure your documents meet the following requirements:

  • Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
  • Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
  • Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents

Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.

You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review. Where applicable, please also provide any letters of authorization or licensing agreements if there is the question of authenticity.

In terms of your identity, I suggest going over your selling account and ensuring everything is accurate and matches what is on the identity documentation you will be submitting. You can find more information on the requirements for these here and here.

If there was anything specifically mentioned in the notification you received, please make sure that information is included at the very least.

If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to further reply here.

I appreciate @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 and @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7 for engaging here as well.

All the best,

Stevie.
