Hi there, FBA Hazmat YYZ1, why is this warehouse, take so long to recieve Hazmat product? this has been an issue for over 1 year, last year even worse, and after 1-2 months, you guys received it at 0. It has improved much better. However shipping to YEG1 hazmat, no problems.
Here is example.
YYZ1 - FBA18WLXMXC1
April 24, 2025 - in transit
April 24, 2025 - Delivered
May 9, 2025 - Checked in
15 Days and this is pretty good for YYZ1 to receive hazmat products. sometimes it takes over a month
Products go into inventory, sell with in couple days, and now we have to wait again 2-4 weeks for amazon to receive it.

May 20, 2025 - checked in (from Ontario to Alberta 5 days transit time)
May 20, 2025 - Received it.
5 days to ship and receive the products for Hazmat.
here is the kicker, amazon wants so to constantly ship to YYZ1 for hazmat, as it is the closest. few months ago, we had 4 parcels stuck for shipping receiving and putting on shelf.
So we would would like to ship to YYZ1 as it is closer and we can restock much faster, however, waiting 2-4 weeks for amazon to received defeats the whole purpose or shipping products in?
Using Canada Post to ship, we had many parcel that were consider, you sent us Empty box, no content found.
Fedex was much better, but after a while, parcel were sitting at the warehouse for 2 weeks or more before being received.
So if Amazon FBA expert can figure out why there is such massive catastrophic delays with YYZ1, we would all appreciate it, as if you search forums, a lot of people is having the same issue.

Hi Amazon,
The product I sell on amazon is a combo pack of 3 small boxes sold as one single ASIN. Meaning when a customer buys one unit of my product on amazon, he gets a set of 3 small boxes. (see ASIN B016Z4GRUQ for reference).
When I ship to amazon, what I do is place these 3 small boxes inside of a shipping bag and then place the SKU label on that bag, so the bag is one unit.
I find this method ineffective of my time (because I have to put each set into a shipping bag), environmentally unfriendly because of the single use shipping bag and the bags themselves cost me money.
I would like to change the way I ship to amazon but I cannot come up with a solution that wont confuse warehouse employees receiving the shipment and cause problems.
Any idea on how to resolve this issue?
