Negative feedback left because of PUROLATOR TRACKING GLITCH

We would appreciate if an amazon moderator can help with this issue. We were left negative feedback on Order ID: 702-8964942-7232222 stating the customer did not receive their package. We shipped the parcel promptly with Purolator and the parcel was delivered on time. Due to the tracking glitch with Purolator and Amazon, the customer left us negative feedback. We tried to have the feedback removed but were unsuccessful ( CASE ID: 15280623221 ). We also provided all the necessary tracking information with delivery confirmation. We would appreciate if this feedback was removed from our account. @Stevie_Amazon @Lucre_Amzn

Regardless of the Purolator glitch or not, did you get a signature confirmation of delivery?

A customer scamming a refund due to the glitch would go for an A to Z claim refund, not a negative feedback. A customer is only going to leave negative feedback if they didn't actually get the item.

I reviewed your account, and I see the customer did not receive the item they ordered. I understand there was a special situation with Purolator, however, this should be resolved with Purolator directly. Once the customer receives the item they ordered, I would recommend to reach out to them via buyer-seller messages, to ask them politely to remove the feedback.

Since buyers feedback are direct reflection of their Amazon shopping experience, we can only remove feedback for these reasons:

  • The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
  • The feedback includes seller or buyer-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
  • The entire feedback comment is a product review.
