Amazon Seller Support LEFT the Live Chat without saying anything or escalating anything. Suspected Intellectual Property Violation
Great support by Amazon! (sarcasm, where do you find these agents that just leave the chat? Do they still get paid for closing the chat?)
Open up a live chat to deal with a false flag of a trademark misuse.
Being that there is no longer a "dispute" button in account health and the listing title does not require an edit as it is correct, the only thing left to do is open a case:
The trademark violation doesn't even match the title of the ASIN. They are 1 letter off.
Support agent leaves the chat. Doesn't even escalate the case.
What in the heck Amazon!

It is Active, however the fact remains, that if we describe the product properly, we will get hit with an automated "suspected" Intellectual property claim.
As there is NO MORE DISPUTE PROCESS for incorrectly generated claims, Seller support and the catalog team, we had to come to a solution to MISSPELL the color to get the automated claim to go away, therefore, now misrepresenting the item on Amazon and in search keywords, which will result in a reduction of sales and move Amazon's customers to other marketplaces for this item.
The trademark registered is for cars, not colors. The car manufacturer didn't even file a claim. It was AMAZON doing it automatically.

I understand you very well, they did the same to me. It's completely disrespectful. Connecting to seller support is completely equivalent to talking business with a 5 year old. I managed an a to z request completely with the directives of seller support, but at the end they counted it in my odr rate.
