Excess products in FBA shipment inbound
We sent 841 items to the FBA warehouse, but Amazon showed that they actually received 1104 items, resulting in an increased inbound processing fee being charged.
We contacted Amazon customer service and provided a packing list with signature and proof of delivery as they requested, but they informed us that it was just an over shipment. But I would like to say that we ship as many items as we have in stock at our local warehouse, there is no way there is an over shipment by a few hundred. And as you can see based on the number of discrepancies, it's almost double the amount. We suspect that two boxes of shipments were scanned twice.
I don't know what to do now and wonder who can help.

I know this as an "FBA inbound" problem. I outsourced these problems long ago. Amazon has many "rules" and "policies" to make this as difficult as possible so they can make the most money at the expensive of the seller.
I would suggest outsourcing these problems to someone else. I, myself, prefer a company called Getida.

Hi @Seller_6eOustO5mlUhZ,
Dominic from Amazon here, want to provide additional information. I reviewed the case and Seller Support is correct:
Before the warehouse receives the items in the shipment, they are scanned and distributed to various locations in the warehouse. Sometimes they are also transferred to other fulfillment centers.
Therefore, it is currently no longer possible to confirm which box the multiple received products belong to at the time of storage.
Best,
Dominic
