Mexico and Canada Customer Service?
New seller here, just setting up. We signed up with the intention of FBA providing customer service as we don't yet have the resources to do so. Now, it appears we are signed up for Canada and Mexico where customer support, i.e., returns, refunds, etc., are apparently not fully supported. What level of support is provided for Canada and Mexico, and if necessary, how do we delete those two countries? Thank you!

You can't delete them, but you can remove all inventory and put them on vacation mode. US, CA, MX and Brazil are all a part of the unified account.
