Refund Without Return
Dear sellers and amazon support agents,
2 Buyers have placed orders for my items. One of them was a food item and one was a regular calendar.
Both were refunded without a return.
I understand that food items cannot be returned due to food safety reasons, however with normal calendars they still were not obligated to return me my product to receive their refund.
By this point I am confused as to when a normal refund and a refund without return is supposed to take place. I tried contacting amazon but they were no help whatsoever. And I can't file a claim since these were FBA orders. It also says that I have to wait 60 days, and MAYBE then amazon will help me. I just want to be able to keep my profits, and if a return is necessary then that is fine. But for amazon and buyers to rob me like this... seems quite unfair.
This stuff is kind of new to me and I am unaware on how to approach this. Any advice or information is useful.
