How to send more than 150 units/box

I am sending about 1000 units of my products to amazon FBA. My products are quite small and it just isnt practical to send so many boxes of 150 units/box. Is there any way i can send more than 150 in a box? Or can i pack a bunch of boxes into 1 larger box? Seems crazy to me that i would have to send 10 very small boxes of 100 units instead of packing them all into 1 larger box.

On Step 1, under the "Packing Details" column, leave it set as "individual units"

The screen you are showing in your screenshots, you are changing it in the drop down box to "Create new Packing Template"

I'm not sure what error message you're seeing.

I just ran a shipment plan as a test, and was able to put 300 units of the same sku into 1 box.

Thank you for the reply! This is what i am getting. I have had multiple amazon reps tell me that 150 is the limit, are you in canada? also, if i do 100 units/case and i have 10 cases, am i able to put those 10 cases into 2 larger boxes? So a total of 500 units in each larger box? or will this get rejected?

Yes, I am in Canada.

I just tried the same thing with 1000 units in 1 case for one of my ASINS, and it takes it, and then takes me to the confirm shipment screen.

However, i'm not doing it on the case pack screen, i'm shipping it as individual units.

Sorry I am new to this whole experience. Would you be able to briefly describe how you do the individual unit option? I have tried googling it but cannot find any recent resources how to go about doing this. Is it the "Single SKU pallet" option in the drop down menu where i have "case pack"?

My god you have just solved my entire life. Thank you so much! Is there anything i should know that is different between the individual unit packing and the case packing? What is the point of case packing if there are no limits to the individual option?

Slower to receive, they have to scan each and every individual item in each box. And it'll get stuck in FC transfer and FC processing for a bit longer as they split it up and transfer it around.

And, they will probably screw up the quantities received as well.
