Seller Central account deactivated in accordance with section 3
Hi,
We just sent our first product stocks to Amazon (FBA) and after a few sells, our account is now deactivated for no apparent reason.
Official message (after a few document upload rejected attempts) :
Hello,
We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.
Why is this happening?
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Business Solutions Agreement.

- BUSINESS LICENSE
- FEDERAL CORPORATION CERTIFICATION
- BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT
- TAX NUMBER APPROVAL
- CORPORATE FULL PROFILE
- PERSONAL VISA STATEMENT FOR IDENTIFICATION PURPOSE
- ELECTRICY BILL (with the company official address)
We did not breach any Amazon Policy to our knowing and we provided accurate and valid information at all time.
We feel completely stuck now.
Does anyone got in this situation and was able to get trough it?

I'm in the same situation, but have a lot of inventory they are now threatening to destroy. Very belittling

I understand you are dealing with account deactivation for which you have already submitted an appeal, and upon review of the submitted documents the team confirmed the suspicion of illegal activities on your account.
In order to maintain a trusted store for buyers and sellers, we need to verify the information that you provided during registration.

During the investigation process all enforced sellers will have to provide some supportive documents in the appeal such as: Utility bills, driver’s license, Business license etc. Please refer to the performance notification sent for a complete list of documents required.
If we cannot verify the required information, the account would remain deactivated in accordance with Term and Termination of the Amazon Service Business Solutions Agreement.
We feel completely stuck now.

Because of the seriousness of this policy violation, you would have to prove with evidence that your account did not violate any Amazon policies and has not been illegally used. The reason we detected that your account violated our policy will not be disclosed for privacy reasons.
