What does Sold by Amazon.ca mean vs Fullfilled by Amazon.ca?
I listed my products and sent them to Amazon.ca to fulfill. But now I see the same products listed for the same price and being “Sold By Amazon.ca” with mine listed below it saying “Fulfilled by Amazon.ca and sold by” my store name. Am I competing against Amazon.ca? This seems very unethical. If I was a customer I would choose sold by Amazon.ca instead of some unknown seller. Why would Amazon do this?

No, it is ethical.
Amazon was likely selling those items before you and, besides, it is their store. You are being given the priviledge to sell, as well. Amazon could simply sell the items without allowing you to even compete. Some customers will choose Amazon over third party sellers, but some will choose third party sellers over Amazon. Additionally, Amazon will run out of stock.
I do quite well competing against Amazon. I am smarter than Amazon’s retail sellers are. I know my products better. I provide better support and have better insights into what products should be carried when. Amazon often does not restock as well as I do and usually take longer to start carrying newly released products.
Additionally, I am continually on the lookout for new brands and new products that Amazon is not yet aware of. Eventuallly, they will catch up, but they continue to do a poor job with their inventory management. Additionally, many suppliers learn that they don’t want to do business with Amazon Retail. As a result once they leave Amazon’s radar, I can continue to leverage them more effectively.

I believe what happens in amazon is unfair competition as you indicated in your commend when you bring your own product there and amazon sees opportunity there Amazon takes it, ,
just Imagine you are in amazon and seeing the all the data what it sells and how much it sells and what the competitions in your own web site you really have to have web site to understand the advantage you have over others ( Amazon Sellers) calling this Fair game or fair play ground it under statement with all means. just check how much Amazon charges sellers with fee for this and for fee for that, and look at the way the dump their inventory on competition, Dave talks like 16 years old teen with no sells and co operat experiences
