Fraud in the jewelry space continued
So the fraud in the space has grown.
Started with Moissanite lab created diamonds- at least the sellers priced these like moissanite though a Moissanite is not a lab created diamond and its fraud
Then it was sellers calling gold plated brass- 14K gold- here sellers are pricing the items like gold , selling earrings that wholesale for less than $10 for up to $99-
Then gold cross- same as above
Now wedding bands
Have purchased, and reported sellers
Never thought I would see the day that Amazon would not care about sellers completely ripping off consumers, violating Amazons own polices and FTC regulations.

Hello @Seller_nBUcRErQhJ4JW,
Thanks for visiting the forums, and thank you for stepping up and reporting these products and sellers to Amazon. I plan to send a message to the Jewelry Category Manager along with a link to your forum post and report the issue using your feedback.
Thanks for selling on Amazon.

Yap, I agree, it's getting worst all the time. The words "Simulated" or "Created " should precede the gem stone type in the title, instead it's buried somewhere in the page where customers will unlikely see it.
Also, listings are created with metal = Yellow Gold, and metal stamp = 925 on the same listing.
Which is it? @ $16.99 selling price, I would say neither.....

Look at this @SEAmod
https://www.amazon.com/Tesori-Co-Yellow-Comfort-Wedding/dp/B075G2LVSX
So we bought one its not stamped, its not 10K we reported it and yeah amazon removed one size of the ring in one color.
The catalog page says 10K the image is stamped 10K what they ship is not 10K
Go to the search page its badged "overall pick" so Amazon is promoting a listing that is ripping off customers.
https://www.amazon.com/s?k=2mm+10K+gold+wedding+band&crid=3PA4S1LA7WVDI&sprefix=2mm+10k+gold+wedding+ban%2Caps%2C83&ref=nb_sb_noss_2
The listing violates Amazon's own policies.
The brand owner is being harmed, the consumer is being harmed - Amazon is profiting.
Somethinig is very wrong

Hi @Seller_nBUcRErQhJ4JW
Yes, I have yet to find the appropriate contact for jewelry. I am going to take another direction and see if I can get the attention of the enforcement team.

Hi, we're actually the owners of Tesori & Co brand. We've been having this issue since March 2023. We've reported this to Amazon but as soon as one 3rd party seller gets removed, 2 more new ones pop up. The problem is that all of these companies are "Newly Launched" and just set up but they're approved to sell fine jewelry and they get to piggyback on these listings even though it's not allowed in the fine jewelry category. Our product review rating went from 4.6 to 3.9 in a matter of a few months. We've almost given up as we hard to pull most of our inventory out from FBA because we've gotten High Potential Pricing Error warnings that basically force us to lower the price down to $5 since that's what our competitor is selling it for. But we're unable to do so, since we'd be losing a lot of money. We've also purchased rings from our competitors and found that these are fake and not real gold. About half of them were stamped 10k while the other half had no stamps. It really is an issue that I hope Amazon could help with.

@SEAmod i bought one of these rings, wasnt stamped and clerly for $7 it wasnt real. I opened a case and support took the 1 seller off the 1size of that ring. Also true according to Amazons policies in the jewelry space you may not list agaist other sellers listings. You are to create your own detail pages.

@SEAmodI have tried Jeff@ have tried seller perfomance and going through SAS core ( where I was told your fighting a battle you cant win ) the challenge is finding some0ne at Amazon that can actually action this and understands the issue.

Hi @Seller_nBUcRErQhJ4JW
I have made a connection with a Director and will be summarizing your issues and sharing them with that POC. We will see where we go from there.
Thanks, Susan

@SEAmodthats fantastic. Keep in mind these are not my issues, these are Amazon issues.
Amazon customers are being ripped off by these bad actors.
Honest sellers are being harmed because we can not compete with Fraud.
Seller_oiYZXqUAiVt4E
Would you be able to include our company within those issues shared with a director/POC? Thank you.
SEAmod
Thank you for this information. I believe the business team I am a part of will be able to address the counterfeit and fine jewelry issues you have raised in this discussion.
Thank you for your continued support for our efforts.
