Suddenly restricted for listing and sending inventories for all books - Plz Help

Sorry I am asking the same question because my previous thread is locked.
I was in the process of sending more inventories for existing book listing, but all of them were restricted. Later I found I was restricted from listing all products from Books category. I was ungated from Books category at the very beginning. Talked to people from Seller Central, they didn't explain why or told me what I can do to solve this issue. I have tons of inventories sitting there to be shipped. Please help. No issues with my account health.
