Inaccurate buyer feedback for package delivered on time by UPS
I have received 3 separate negative feedbacks related to delivery affecting my ODR and featured offers rate.
All these packages were delivered within the delivery window by UPS, but the customer still left a negative review expecting the package to arrive on the first day of the delivery window.
Can't seem to get any help from anyone at Amazon to address these reviews. It clearly states that if the review is related to delivery, they will strick through it. I sent several emails, I don't think they are even reading my emails before responding with unrelated information.
If anyone from the Amazon support team sees this and can help address the issue, please contact me.

No, it doesn't. It says if it's a review related to delivery fulfillment by Amazon they would strike through it, not seller fulfillment.

Strike through is for FBA.
You can Post a Public Reply to the feedback (one of the options on the action list next to the feedback) on sellercentral.amazon.ca/feedback-manager/index.html
Just post the facts, no negative comments, since future buyers will be checking and deciding if they want to buy from you. Something like "Buyer bought May 1, package delivered May 25, promised delivery date was May 31."
