A-to-z Guarantee Refund
Customer filed an A-to-z Guarantee Claim for package not received. I appealed the claim. Amazon agreed that the documentation was sufficient so the claim will not count against our defect rate. However, Amazon is still requiring, us the seller, to issue the refund. If Amazon states the information provided was sufficient we shouldn't have to refund the customer out of our funds in addition to the customer keeping the product.

Hi @Seller_KcGHNHRmFpywA- I found an article that can help prevent future A-to-Z claims for your review here. Did you have a chance to respond to the buyer's concerns before they filed the claim?
