verify the registered business name and business identifier (for example: tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time of submitting the appeal form.
I've attempted to register my brand four or five times but keep receiving the same response:
"This decision was made because we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g., tax ID number or business ID number) provided in your appeal form."
I've carefully reviewed the address and even included my trademark registration documents, yet my application continues to be rejected. What else can I do to resolve this issue?

Hi there @Seller_Aj9S3g4yOWmpD
I can see that your application is fully declined in the system so you should be able to reapply.
That being said, there are a couple things off with your application that will need to be addressed. Frist off, your trademark is a "service mark" which is not accepted by Brand Registry for enrollment. These can be added after enrollment.
Second, your images appear to be digitally manipulated and not real world images. They also don't show the brand name anywhere on the product Tips for getting your images approved:
- Upload at least 3 images of the product or packaging from different angles so you can clearly see the brand name.
- Take pictures of the products in your hand or on a table.
- The images must be actual photos of the products you are planning to sell under your brand.
Lastly, the "suggested ASINs" section within the Brand Registry application is an optional section which I recommend you leave blank. The ASINs put in there need to match the brand you're applying for EXACTLY and in your last application, they were different and that causes some issues.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
