My product was wrongfully named as Natural Health Product and Amazon doesn't help
I have a product that is not Natural Health Product, as per the Canadian government and Health Canada's rules and regulations. However, Amazon has tagged my product as such, stating that it's a sun protection product, and removed my listing. I have removed any mention of anything to do with sun protection, and there is no suggestion of anything related to sun protection or the sun in general. And I have let Amazon know many times that the product is not a natural health product, but the people I speak to on Amazon have been extremely unhelpful and discouraging. So, Amazon won't help me get my listing back. Do you guys have advice for this?
Thank you for your help on this.

I’ve been having some of the same issues. I’ve noticed Amazon.com sells the same products I’ve been trying to add to Inventory. And Amazon.com will ship those products to Canada… but I’m restricted from selling the products on Amazon.ca because they need a Natural Health Product number that they don’t have (or even qualify for). I can’t count the amount of times I’ve tried to have this solved with Seller Support and got nowhere.
