Hello Amazon Support Team,
As a seller on Amazon, we have consistently prioritized customer satisfaction.
A customer left 3-star feedback Jan 17, 2025. The entire feedback is related to logistics, which is not related to the seller's performance.
We wanted to contact Amazon to remove the feedback team to resolve this issue, but Amazon seemed to have a bug in the past 5 days. We were unable to contact the team through Live support (It always says "Wait time is unavailable.", but now is their available time), which caused us to lose the opportunity to remove the feedback. It caused our ODR score to increase by giving unfair negative feedback. We hope you will reconsider this decision.

I was checking the order and in this case the feedback is valid.
The maximum delivery date was January 17, 2025, and the buyer received their order on January 18th, and the feedback was placed on January 17th.
Therefore, we can not remove this feedback,
