Linked account
Hello, amazon found my account linked with another account and has deactivated my account and held all of my funds, it has been 3 months now, in those 3 months i looked into the issue and have figured out that one my friend's child had access to my credit card information and he used it on his amazon.com to order something, after doing that my current personal account was found in link with the other account, and i closed my friend's child account permanently as i had my friend's consent to do so, the other account which was in link is now closed permanently and still amazon says that my account is linked with another account, and my account is set to individual plan not professional so for that reason i am unable to contact amazon health support and by creating ticket from help section i get an AI automated message which says this is not a correct channel to submit a message, and amazon keeps sending me the same message again n again that my account was linked, I got none left to do i am stuck in this situation, all of my funds are held in the account, i need amazon's or any person's help that how to resolve this issue, Please Help!!!

I understand your account has recently been deactivated due to a violation of the Seller Code of Conduct and Multiple Accounts policy.
Am I to understand that your friend's child utilized your credit card to place an order from Amazon? Is this a buying account?
You will need to provide proof that you are no longer related to the other account, as closing an account does not necessarily mean that this action will dissolve the relationship between them. What date did you do this? Have you provided proof? Have you provided a detailed explanation in your appeal submission? This can include information on the other account, the person, and dates of when issued occurred.
If you do not mind, please provide the original notification you received upon the deactivation of your account. This will enable the Forums community and I to provide you the best support possible.
