Customer deliberately destroyed my product then sent it back.
Is there anything I can do?
They purchased a DS Lite from FBA, took it apart, replaced a bunch of the pieces with broken ones (swapped the screen with one that doesn't even fit it) and then sent it back to amazon as a return.

Yup, you can file for a FBA Returns reimbursement, since the customer did not send back the new item they bought from you.

Amazon isn't responsible for customer damage. However there was items swapped out and missing, which Amazon is responsible for, as it is their job to make sure that all items and pieces sent come back. If they make a mistake in their returns assessment, you can apply for reimbursement.
