Using Veeqo postage for international sales
We changed over to Amazon's Veeqo for inventory management and shipping. We are using Veeqo for Amazon and other platforms orders. When we go to ship internationally, the system works fine for Amazon, but it will not allow us to create a label for international sales on other platforms. Veeqo customer service is very minimal, and we cannot seem to get an answer about how to fix this. Has anyone else encountered this, and is there a fix?

Did you try the NEW button? on the top right side.

Try it as a new order (manual), insert the address, and see what happens.
If it works, don't forget to confirm shipment/tracking on Amazon.

This is probably because of a missing or wrong HS Code for the product. You can set Veeqo to pull in HS codes from some sales channels or you can manually add them in Veeqo.
That error message you got was useless, sorry about that, we will fix that.
