Account Deactivation issue

Hi

For the first time my USA Seller account was successfully approved on 22nd March 2024 with this body of mail:

Hello, Thanks for creating a Selling on Amazon account. We have completed the identity verification process successfully and appreciate your efforts in supporting this process. Your account is now active, and you can start selling on Amazon.

Then on 23rd of may 2024 which is just a month and i have not done any listing and i received this mail stating that my account is deactivated because of identity verification, this is the body of the mail:

Hello, Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Continue to ship open orders and respond to customer inquiries to avoid further impact on your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our "Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy"

Why did this happen?

We need additional documentation to verify your identity and account ownership. For more information on our requirements, check section "P-4 Verification" of the "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement"

Please i don't understand, how many times would Amazon perform identity verification with my seller account?

I have uploaded my documents which has been verified successfully on Amazon USA Seller account but Canada is asking me for additional document which i don't know.

Please i need @support team to help me Reactivate my account. thank you.

I understand you had completed verification on the US marketplace, and are now being asked to complete the process for your CA market. I do want to offer insight as I know the disruptions to your business can be increasingly concerning.

Generally, if there are any concerns on the account, our team will be obligated to request more details to ensure that your information is verifiable. If they are unable to verify the information or they identify discrepancies between what you have provided and what is in the account, they will have to reject the submission and maintain the restrictions.

I do want to a chance to further review the situation, so I would encourage you to share any case IDs or other type details that you might have.
