I got a negative feedback due to the delay from Canada post strike.
The buyer left a negative feedback and told me if I give them a refund they would remove the feedback. I agreed and refunded them
Now they are saying they don’t know how to remove the feedback after i already sent the refund

I just got a issue and the order ID is 702-2581461-5841067
my ad was for a playstation controller only and in my ad it says its for the controller only no USB cable included
and the negative feedback says no cable included
please help
