I don't think this should be my responsibility to take the loss, I trust Amazon so I set up all return requests to be automatically approved by Amazon but none of them worked. I uploaded screenshots.
This is the second time this has happened, both times A-to-Z claims have resulted from not authorizing return requests in a timely manner and Amazon refunded them without reviewing them.
