Listing Offers NOT SHOWING despite Status = Active and Available Stock - Case ID 14965172481
There's Available stock and Status on Manage Inventory says Active, but when going into the listing, our offer isn't available and as we are the only seller, it says "Currently unavailable." We have ~12 listings out like this, and none of them has Account Health issues or anything like that. How to get this fixed?

It isn't stock or pricing policy as both are compliant. For some reason, we have to delete and relist the SKUs for the ASINs. Why is that?

Thanks for the response @Seller_YwjhG4CUAkkHw- our team did just post this thread on why deleting and re-listing can be necessary, as this can be the best remedy for multiple contributions or other errors impacting a listing.

As we continue doing this, it continues to be relisted and then removed. Can a senior Seller Support agent please take a deeper look into this?

Hi again @Seller_YwjhG4CUAkkHw- I wanted to circle back here as I received a response from our escalation team on this advising that all listings in question are currently active, although the listing for the ASIN ending in 'D842' is out of stock. Are you seeing the same from your end?

Thank you for addressing our concern. We have made changes to the pricing of our ASINs, and our account no longer experiences pricing issues. We kindly ask Amazon to thoroughly investigate this matter and remove the "feature offer not available" problem from our account.
