i have 5 Purolator all within the same time period when the AMAZON and Purolator were not communicating properly.
All delivered within the time period and signed for. PROOF OF DELIVERY. AMAZON isnt even tracking these but giving refunds right away.
$6000 of FREEBIES. And you expect the sellers like me to just eat this. This is ridiculous. Amazon should be tracking the packages before they allow A Z Claims to go through. Items should be returned if this is the case

The Purolator Glitch is NOT solved. I have spoken now numerous times to Leadership.
Only change was they removed all Purolator orders from the VTR calculation so metrics are not impacted.
Otherwise, the glitch remains in full force. The issue is related to an API endpoint with Purolator.
We have large numbers of orders resulting in losses just like you. Never-ending messages from buyers asking for free items because Amazon told them item is 'lost' and to 'request a refund'
We have escalated cases via Leadership and on to to the A-Z team.
We have asked Leadership to post publicly what's going on.
We call them daily, I'd encourage everyone to do so as well

We have had 6 of these issues as well. Appeal the A to Z and let them know the Purolator tracking number, suggest it needs to be checked on the Purolator site due to the ongoing Purolator/ Amazon tracking issue and let them know you have a signature on file (I usually list the customers postal code so they can look at the signature).
I have had all of my appeals granted and credits issues.
