Amazon Seller Support Team asking me to File A-to-Z Gurantee Claim against the customer :D
Hello to all Sellers,
I know all of us are going through many ups & down while selling on Amazon. This post is just reflection of the service provided to the sellers by the Seller Support.
I contacted the seller-support to help me with one of the order, however, the replies given by the Support team is just anything out of the blue. They told me to file an A-to-Z Claim Guarantee against the customer LOL.
I am still optimistic, so just posted this for all of you, to feel some light on Monday mornings.

Amazon support teams (both seller and customer) are totally useless and waste of time. The sooner you learn it, the better for your business! Once they told us to ask customer to pay us outside of Amazon LOL

Admins here, Amazon support teams, Account health, all are TRASH and do not know anything about their jobs. The best thing to do is work on your business and separate from this garbage platform
