I need a mod to look into this. I just now had to refund an order and because of the previous a to z claims that I recently recieved, I double checked my email to make sure I get the emails from amaamazon that I initiated a refund so that in the future I have proof thathat I refunded these orders. Otherwise my odr will be through the rooroof if all the orders I have refunded will affect me because of some sosort Of internal issue. But I haven't recieved those emails. However if I go to the orders that I couldn't fulfill it says refunded. But in the future IIf They choose to file an atoz claim. I will have no proof. So something is not going through. Either they are not getting refundrefunded even if we are processing refundrefunds or something. I need someone's helo.help.

Unless your language usage is to blame, this does not make sense.

Why would be be refunding due to no inventory. You should be canceling those orders.

It is not possible to refund an order unless you have already confirmed shipping.

If you confirm shipping without any intention of shipping, that is fraud.

There are two important issue -- offering items for sale that you do not have / charging buyers for items you do not intend to ship.
