A Long-Awaited Improvement to the A-to-Z Guarantee Process!

After 30 years of Amazon and 25 years of the A-to-Z Guarantee, we can finally attach files to support our cases! I’m honestly relieved (and a little amazed) that this long-awaited feature is here. It’s such a game-changer for giving sellers a fair shot to present clear evidence in our cases.

Big thanks to Amazon for introducing this feature. Now, fingers crossed the A-to-Z team will actually review these attachments and consider the real evidence before making decisions. Here’s hoping this is the start of a fairer, more transparent process that stops rewarding fraudulent buyers and holds everyone accountable.

Curious what other sellers think—are there other overdue features you feel Amazon still needs to implement? What would make your life easier? Let’s get a Wishlist going and see if we can get Amazon’s attention!

Hi People all the A-Z claims department people ever had to do was review the original emails from customers to vendors. Just doing that they would see the customers complaints change from original emails to what they claimed on A-Z complaints. Just reviewing they would see the false made-up claims from customers.

So far it has not helped at all.

The intent is to make the A-Z reviewing agent's job easier so they don't have to scroll through messages. They are now harsher than ever in denying every appeal. it seems that Amazon is in deny-all' mode on appeals. This mode seems to change up and down by some mysterious criteria.

Don't be surprised if claims are now AI reviewed as they will simply read your response and the attachment (limited to 1 doc from what I can see).

Has anyone ever won an appeal

It seems the process is useless as a whole, streamlining uselessness is amazons' specialty

A-Z Scam continues.

ORD 701-5696788-1715452

Customer submitted an A-Z Claim for "package did not arrive" after return requests were refused 60 days after the purchase date and the was granted a refund with ODR impact within 3 hours without giving us an opportunity to prove that the claim was fraudulent.
