The items purchased between November 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023, were returnable until January 31, 2024. If the product is being returned after that, it is considered outside the return window.
You can decide to still refund the buyer but, depending on the item's condition upon return, charge a restocking fee. See our guidelines for charging the restocking fee below:
