How to give an ad agency permission to create A+ content & Stores

Help!

Does anyone have any tips on how to give permissions to another company to create stores and A+ content? I have Brand Registry and gave them permissions there but that didn't work. I opened multiple cases with Amazon who tell me that the other company has to open a case from their end to get access. They did that twice to no avail. Then I decided to invite them as a user on my account and gave them permissions to create A+ content & Build Stores and that didn't work either! I have opened cases for this as well. Is there something I'm missing?? I can't be the only Brand Owner who uses another company to do their creative work. Why is this so complicated??

Hi there, once you add a user, the company/individual needs to check their email to click on a link and follow a few instructions. Once they do that, they should be added to your Permissions List.

I hired an individual to do my A+ listings with zero problem.

Enhanced brand tools are available to users who fit the following definition of being both:

  1. internal to the brand(s) (such as the brand owner or an employee of the brand(s)) and
  2. responsible for selling the brand(s) on Amazon.

If you consider that the other company you want to add meets the criteria above, please do open a case with Selling Partner Support to investigate further. Nevertheless, since you mentioned that you opened multiple cases with them already, please share with me a couple of them, include only the last 4 digits of the case ID, so I can investigate and contact the internal teams accordingly.
