Amazon Buy Shipping - Orders Delayed In Transit (What To Do)

Currently have had several orders come up that are delayed in transit - used Amazon Buy Shipping (SSA/AHT) enabled so claims are protected.
How should FBM sellers handle these types of situations? Do we go ahead and refund or do we have the customer return the item when it arrives? Trying to figure out the best practice since they are claims protected.

Hello @Seller_7STxzA93KoQVs- thanks for looking to the forums for some guidance on managing delays.
It is true that Amazon Buy Shipping does offer some protections against Item Not Received claims, but if any of the items are lost in transit, filing a claim with the carrier who lost the shipment would be your next best step.
